InBloom Autism Services is hosting an IN-PERSON ABA Hiring Event to hire Behavior Therapists (BT), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Student Analysts, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) at our Rocky Hill Learning Center in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

 

 

Positions Available:

 

  • Behavior Therapist: No experience required! Paid on-the-job training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate with full support from our clinicians. You can get your RBT certification within 30 days! Click here for a preview of the Day In the Life of an RBT or view our Step-By-Step video on Becoming an InBloom RBT. **High School Diploma or GED is required.**
  • Registered Behavior Technician(RBT): Already certified? Check out our RBT Rise Program, where you will have the opportunity to bloom your career with us! ***High School Diploma or GED is required.**
  • Student Analyst: Designed for individuals pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field who are within six months of sitting for the BCBA exam. Expected to sit for the BCBA exam within three months of completing the program, successfully complete the BCBA interview process, and commit to one year in a BCBA role upon receiving an offer.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA): The BCBA is responsible for overseeing ABA services. This role includes supervising and mentoring RBTs, conducting competencies, reviewing session documentation, and providing ongoing feedback to support staff development and performance. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification, demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and adhere to ethical and HIPAA standards while working collaboratively with clients, families, and team members.
